She's in excellent company and we're especially pleased to see other smaller presses represented in this longlist. This is the first time any of my Seraph Press books have been longlisted (though, in my humble opinion, not the first that deserved to be), so it feels like a bit of a breakthrough.

The Ockhams are New Zealand's only general book awards. The four shortlisted titles will be announced on 3 March (we're crossing our fingers), and the winners are announced at an awards ceremony on 12 May (covid willing) as part of the Auckland Writers Festival.
